    Pros

Such a relaxed, fun company to work for. Its very much work hard, play harder and you are rewarded for the work you do. Couldnt be happier to work here!

    Cons

Migration over to Amazon was difficult with some process changes, but we still have the heart of LOVEFiLM.

    Advice to Management

Keep the morale up and make employees still feel part of the team.

    Pros

If you love movies, great perks, salary

    Cons

They keep doing the same things over and over again and haven't really addressed the fact that there is so much competition and customers now have so much choice. Everything seems to be a last minute thought. Poor location. No support from senior management.

    Advice to Management

Realise that you're no longer the only game in town. Take more chances.

    Pros

This is the place for people who enjoy films, don't need to be an expert just enjoying film is enough.

    Cons

Not based in an attractive part of London, but would say the office make up for it.

    Pros

Working in a start up, the people are great and there was a sense of everyone pulling together.

    Cons

Vision is lacking from the execs. Focused on new customers. Will launch products for no reason.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the guys that know the code, they understand more about the business and customer than the disjointed figures you receive.

    Pros

The people, leadership team, fun environment, changes, great popular brand, passion to do the best. Flexible, Successful.

    Cons

It won't suit everyone. Tight small teams with lots of new work, and constant changes. Can't relax and be complacent. Quite Intense. Have to like change and move with the business.
