Details
Pros
Great people to work with- I like my co-workers. The work itself is interesting.
Cons
Minimum raises that don't cover cost of living increases, poor communication bertween departments.
Advice to Senior Management
More praise and recognition for job well done, be open to new ideas and promote current employees only if qualified for the position. Give talented employees more challenges to allow them to grow.
