    LTX Senior Software Engineer in Norwood, MA:   (Past Employee - 2009)

    Pros

    Salary was above average, in my experience. People were good to work with.

    Cons

    Lack of advancement & learning new software methods & technologies. Not very interesting work.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Find a way to improve job security for performing employees. Layoff history is very demotivating.
