    Long hours expected
    The normal lack of eventfulness that is associated with the kind of job where you sit at a computer 90% of the time.

    Advice to Senior ManagementDoing a pretty good jobs so far as I can tell. Could probably have a better system for training new employees. Generally however, I have found them to be upfront, friendly, and understanding.
