    positive brand associations, great roster of companies. also occasional super discounted perks on family brands from across company!

    small team size to the point of beings smothering, management could communication positive and negative feedback much better to employees

    Empty promises of promotions, use interns they know are overqualified so they can pay them less, horrible hr who just gossips and does nothing

    Young Employees
    Lots of Free Coffee and Snacks
    Reasonably laid back environment
    Plenty of opportunity to peruse interests if motivated

    Cons

    Lots of (but not all) rudimentary/mindless work
    Minimal training
    Long hours expected
    The normal lack of eventfulness that is associated with the kind of job where you sit at a computer 90% of the time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Doing a pretty good jobs so far as I can tell. Could probably have a better system for training new employees. Generally however, I have found them to be upfront, friendly, and understanding.
