    A holding of LVMH Hotel Management.

    Cons

    Employees are exploited, humiliated, abused, women are sexually harassed, salaries go unpaid for months, poverty level hygiene conditions.

    Treat your employees with humane conditions and respect or you will lose all those of value.

    Create a stronger LVMH-wide network. There is no such thing as an internal (and international) database of all LVMH employees, which makes career movs even more difficult within the group.

    I have been working at LVMH as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    Great atmosphere, with a very smart and dynamic team. Challenging work, even as an intern! Certainly a great company for a first internship

    Cons

    Really not a lot to say. It is honestly a great company. Maybe to much directives comes from the head quarters but I guess it's like that in every listed companies.

    strong brand name, if you love luxury.

    Cons

    the finance management always think about to cut cost, minimize the headcount and maximize productivity, 1 headcount to do 10 ppls works. No one would support and appreciate your works, but they would push you for the result without resources, unfair environment and full of hate.

    a slow and long process if your objective is to promovate, a difficult transition from the shop floor to the headquarters, a traditional and not flexible management vision

    Good salary and pension scheme

    Cons

    My manager had no knowledge at all of the brand she was working for and couldn't answer any questions.
    You are unable to make any decisions before they are validated by about 3 top managers.
    Back-stabbing and mistrusting colleagues
    No benefits

    If you need to discuss something with your employees do it directly and not by whispering behind the back to your colleagues
