I worked at LVMH as an intern (more than an year)

    Pros

It's quite a Good experience for your CV. It depends where you want to orient yourself after but employers are quite receptive to this brand

    Cons

The HR are lame. They don't make people evolve in intern, they prefer to take people from outside. And are quite sensitive to the diplomas you have got.
The HR aren't really close to the employers neither

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

HR should be more "experience" orientated than "diploma" orientated.
