Ken Metzler
Former Employee – worked at La Force full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Professional atmosphere. Fast-paced, deadline oriented. Many co-workers and departments willing and able to lend a hand. Great management and leadership that communicated openly with all employees. Only company that ever gave an actual Christmas bonus (in good years, an extra paycheck, which amounted to about $900 after taxes).
Cons – Lots of politics going on between departments. Some employees overworked while others didn't have enough to do. Hold out for highest starting salary possible, because you will hardly get anything more than a 3% increase annually, if you get one. Not alot of upward mobility unless people leave.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep growing and listening to your employees' feedback. Filter out the squeaky wheels and address real problems before its too late.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at La Force
Pros – Easy work, other employees are fun to be around, no overtime required, 1 hour lunch.
Cons – Boring, you don't get compensated for what you're worth, salaries are way below average, promotions are scarce, management plays favorites, the office is full of cubicals, it's dead silent in the office.
Advice to Senior Management – Get to know and appreciate your employees more. Your salaries are something to be laughed at.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
