I worked at La Petite Academy part-time for less than a year

working during the day and off weekends

could have cared less about the children. . . Also never had new materials for the kids and when asked never got them. Was all about showing parents how nice it was but when they would walk out the doors very different story

Great Health Benefits. 401k plan. sick time. vacation time.

Got pointed for using sick time you earned. Full time hours were cut-almost losing benefits. It was not easy to take time off. Vacation hours were cut in half. Upper local management was not respectful to teachers-which was the face of the company. Never money for supplies to carry our curriculum.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow personal days to hardworking teachers. Budget money for supplies to carry out curriculum. It is a great curriculum-if only they could do it.
