Details
Pros
it was aninteresting drugdelivery company. I was offered an opportunity to further grow.
Cons
Once the company found out about me leaving, they took my name of all publications and did not allow me to publish any information related to company work. They even eliminated my previous work in the company and erased my name as an author.
Advice to Senior Management
Get rid of the VPs that do not have any human resources skills and hire competent staff. Take care of the employees in terms of they career path
