Labor Finders has been loyal to me and supplied jobs when they had them available.

Temporary Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) Fredericksburg, VA

ProsGood backup job. If you have trouble getting employment anywhere else they will take you and put you to work. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They will pay you the same day. They give good driving directions and information about what to expect from client. I like that they checked up on me on one of the jobs I had. I appreciated that when one client sent me back within a couple hours, they were very nice about it and didn't make me feel like a loser.

ConsAs this is mostly a LABOR company, not too many jobs to be had for office positions. The pay is really abysmal.

Advice to Senior ManagementImpressed with management's sensitivity and professionalism. Pay people more fairly.

Long hours and unobtainable sales goals.

    Manager (Former Employee) Valdosta, GA

ProsThe Christmas bonus and time off is nice. You have free time if you can make all the necessary sales calls.

ConsExpect long hours and no compensation for this. Must use own personal vehicle and are compensated less that half of the national average for the use of your automobile and fuel while on the job. Could care less about your personal life and management expects you to live and breathe Labor Finders.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees like people. Don't try to motivate by threatening termination.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
