    Pros

    Generally, work is available daily. (If you have transportation and don't mind HARD labor)

    Cons

    Minimum wage almost always. Condescending attitude toward productive works.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure employees are paid prevailing wage for more specialized job claaifications.

    Pros

    - You won't need to go to a gym anymore. - Different work everyday, keeps you guessing what you'll do. - You'll usually get work consistently, unless you screw up.

    Cons

    You're getting paid minimum wage as an extra pair of hands, while if you work for an actually company you'll make much more. There's no future at labor ready, no chance for a promotion or wage increase. You've got to be desperate and have done some time to work here.

    Advice to Management

    They know the name of the game. They're sending people to work, while they're collecting the same hourly wage. Whatever, it's temp work.

    Keeps you busy, meet new people all the time

    way too much drama in the workplace. No one wants to take responsiblity

    low pay and work dose not last long so its like part time work some weeks u will get 40 others u may get 12

    Pros

    A paycheck at the end of the shift.

    Cons

    An old fashion hiring hall, that never hires from the hall. It's warm body work, and that's what you get. For minimum wage.
