I worked at Ladish Co. full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good pay, good benefits_especially, tuition reimbursement. No Union (no offence), three shifts available, good safety program.

    Cons

Bad work enviroment, easy to get laid off. Company's policy is a joke, made up as it goes. Managements use it as a tool, to emplyees; not to themselves of course. The company survey is also a joke. Need to find "friend/s" or get laid off.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to wake up as the company had been sold so many times. Employees group for their own benefit. Seniority is a joke. Find out who works, who makes progress. Again, the company had changed name many times, who were there at all of those times? Go figure!

I worked at Ladish Co. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None that come to mind. There are some good employees but management team is the worst I've ever worked for.

    Cons

Just about everything. Management does not care about employee's personal life. Horrible work/life balance expectation. Expectations are not consistent from employee to employee.

    Advice to Management

Put middle managers in place who actually have a background in the departments they manage. Have one set of expectations for all employees.
