Pros – Decent pay compared to others in retail.
Was given time off when I needed it (was working and studying part time).
Beats serving fries at McDonalds.
Training offered but you've got to ask for it.
Cons – Dead-end job. It's a job, not a career.
Don't expect company social events.
Shares are doing badly at the moment and the company has definately tried to cut the budget at the cost of its employees.
Bad hours (5am start for morning shifts and 9pm finishes for afternoon shifts)
