Pros
A lot of autonomy is given so that you are able to experiment and create experience out of most of the things that interest you. Overall employee benefits are good and you can negotiate for a lot if you are the candidate that best fit their profile. A great place to work for someone who likes to keep busy with multiple projects on top of 80% travelling time at my former position.
Cons
Too little structure, lack of vision and goal in senior management, extreme corporate politics at play at all levels. Lack of control in management resulted in many cases of internal money laundering, commission kick-backs, and unethical business practices to both internal and external business partners.
Advice to Senior Management
Structure, organization, and innovation by keeping abreast with the change of time is a key. The company functions more like individual entrepreneurial businesses with one-person soley making decisions for specific divisions (like tyrants) is hardly the way a corporation should work, especially when sometimes many of these individuals have a huge lack of vision and integrity.
