    Pros

Flexible hours permitted. Majority of co-workers are very nice, but under appreciated; talents are underutilized and rarely recognized. At least 16 people quit this previous year.

    Cons

“Keystone Cops” leadership. “The beatings will continue until moral improves” style motivation. Unfair reviews. Cramped, dirty facility. Severely understaffed. No professional project management. Little overall professionalism. As might be expected, few lucrative customers. Kind of an American style sweatshop environment.

    Advice to Management

HR rep’s imply they care, but do not seem to follow up on anything. Rarely see the Operations Manager, who is charismatic but very out of touch; works through his management channels and does not have the pulse of his organization.

    Cons

Can't think of any as I enjoy my work there

    Pros

    Pay and benefits are decent

    Cons

Toxic management style of backstabbing and browbeating. Can't go to the ethics hotline in fear that HR will cover for their own.

    Pros

Good working environment. People are friendly and helpful. If you're in the right click, it will be a good place to work.

    Cons

Constant push to move operations to Asia where possible causes consistent questions about stability. All of the growth and opportunity for advancement is in Asia. Replacements for departed managers has resulted in departments of professionals reporting to a manager in Asia.
