    Pros

hours were flexible and switching was not hard if you had a plan in advance

    Cons

kids younger than i were managing places, and favoritism is common. getting sent home if the park wasnt full enough was awful

    Advice to Management

plan more effectively and learn when customers are likely to be in the park rather than assuming all days are excellent days.

    Pros

Great coworkers, good supervisors, decent summer job if you are looking for a little money.

    Cons

Managers don't care about employees, some days they will have you stay late with only one 45 minute break, other days they will send you home after 2 hours. A lot of days we have been understaffed and I didn't get my break until the end of a 8 to 10 hour shift. When you work there, your life is dedicated to this place. It's hot, if you work in foods you can get disgustingly dirty cleaning. Half the time the air conditioning didn't work in my stand and they took 2 months to fix it. You get paid minimum wage no matter how long you've been a team member for. There's not a lot of room for growth. They definitely play favorites.

    Advice to Management

Stop playing favorites. Give the appropriate amount of breaks depending on how long people are actually working for. Stop taking advantage of your workers.

    Pros

a thriving property. some flexibility with schedule. decent benefits.

    Cons

disorganized at corporate level. decentralized management at park level. company has no regard for their staff. seems to be lack of a long term plan and financial plan from my level.

    Advice to Management

employee depth and experience matters. everybody at the park level fills multiple hats and when someone leaves it hurts the park pretty bad.

    Cons

The heat in the summer is a lot if you don't work in ac or right next to a fan. Sometimes rude guests.

    Good work

    Pros

Fun atmosphere, great supervisory teams. Supervisors can get Overtime in some departments. The General manager walks around with a broom and cleans up garbage all day. So its cool that hes not a suit and tie in an office, but I mean the garbage thing is just over board. also everyone sleeps with everyone. including management.

    Cons

Pay, hours, upper management could care less about you....The lifeguards would come in and just be sent home if it wasn't busy

    Advice to Management

actually pay managers and supervisors a worthy salary instead of some chump change.
