    Pros

Small hospital system, you're not just a face in a crowd. Extremely patient/family care oriented. CEO actually is a nurse, not a business bureaucrat.

    Cons

Small hospital, does not take in tons of money. Pay is slightly below average, all departments run with fewest employees possible, constantly thinly staffed. Software and general fixtures need updating.

    Advice to Management

People need the proper resources to do their jobs well. There is a difference between "lean" business, and starving business. We're bordering on starving.
