Current Employee – been working at Lakeland Bancorp part-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Good hours, opportunities for advancement, and yearly raises. All employees are friendly and easy to work with. Closed holidays and on Sundays.

Cons – It gets boring when there are no customers, if you are working in a branch. There is a lot of training. Procedures and policies are always being updated and everytime that happens there is a new training class for it.

Advice to Senior Management – None.
