“Great Tech leadership, parsimonious top management”

Pros

Extensive knowledge sharing by the GameTech division head. Fun atmosphere. Enviable work. Making games is The work. For selected few, it also means playing other games as part of the job. Division encourages learning.
From a learning point of view good place for freshers with initiative.

Note: This review rates GameTech division ONLY, not GameArt.

Cons

Excessively unwilling to spend.
Lack of transparency: Your opinion doesn't matter in decisions about Your salary/promotion/traineeship etc, not at all if you are a fresher, even if promising/talented.
Decisions and information are told, employees are not part of the process.

Advice to Senior Management

1. A Good leader won't be able to achieve much if you don't give him Competent, knowledgeable middle management, with enough programming and technology knowledge to help/guide Programmers with their day to day tasks.
2. Good programmers cost money.
3. Good people (both programmers and Artists) cost money to retain once they have proven themselves.
