Pros
The company provided the training and management would be there to there to guide you and answer any questions you had with regards to the product you were selling, regardless of if you had any background with it. Furthermore the dress code was fairly flexible in that depending on certain days you were able to wear something. As well with regards to pay and benefits that the job gave such as up to 50% products that they sold at Lammles. Or such promotions during certain times of the year that the store that sold the most of say boots would get a bonus, that or for selling a certain brand you would get money from that company. Well the work environment was very busy, it was still very easy going and fun. Furthermore well it was commission based you still had a base salary as well.
Cons
With the commission there were three levels and the 1st one you automatically got, but the 2nd and 3rd were harder to achieve with the 3rd being almost impossible as well as the daily sales quotas being extremely high depending on the day and how many people were working.
Advice to Senior Management
Give a monthly quota ahead of time so that you know what to shoot for ahead of time as the daily one can be misleading as it doesn't affect your commission.
