Paycheck on time, most of the time. Product lines that is if not the best of it's own kind then one of the best.

Cons

Can you say slave labor? They expect you to wear all the hats, your competive peers have only to sell and merchandise product line, at Lance you have to be operations manager, district manager, warehouse manager, truck washer, and on and on. You never can or have done enough.

Advice to Senior Management

A real disconnect from upper and mid level managment to the actual man on the street as to what you can and can not do and get by with your/their customers. extreamly unrealistic expectations. Managment was totally closed eared.
