I have been working at Lancet Software India full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay is good - matching the industry. It's a school that lets you learn whatever you want to, with regular training sessions on the various tools we work with. It does not limit to your current position, they let you work in other areas.

    Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say about Lancet

    Advice to Management

Empower your people to take creative risks, trust them - give them opportunities for leadership

    Pros

    good for freshers for experience

    Cons

no projects, Management is just wasting time by doing staff augmentation and trying to make money from freshers by giving BI training. This company will shut down in few months.. Im trying to look for jobs but Lancet's bad reputation is making it very difficult to get a job. All the senior managers left the company because of Circus done by management in India.

    Advice to Management

Stop misusing the trust of employees and focus on getting projects.

    Pros

The level of flexibility provided here quite surprised me. Above industry-standard compensation. Long expertise in BI (15 Years) in the US allows for great synergies between the two offices. A lot of freedom with regard to the career paths one could choose for growth. Opportunity to travel to client locations within and outside India, especially to the US.

    Cons

Must fast track hiring quality freshers to keep up with high project demand. Can consider on-campus hiring from top universities.
