“Take the step if you dare.”
I have been working at Landmark Protection
Pros – Site Manager for this location is a nice guy, professional and knows his management duties and how to treat employees.
Cons – Corporate staff has some issues with workload, and providing full disclosure to new employees in many areas.
Advice to Senior Management – Tell new employees everything and let them make their decision. With all the facts my decision might have been a different one.
