    Pros

Decent financial compensation but wasnt worth the emotional brutality going on at my restaurant.

    Cons

They shove culture down your throat and its all crap. None of the upper management follows it. Only care about money and the outward appearance. Dont care about working conditions or food/ service quality.

    Advice to Management

    Walk the walk.

    Pros

Fantastic base pay and decent bonus plan for gm km and agm. Almost always a 5 day work week. Cheap meals and lots of locations to work at if needed.

    Cons

Long hours and almost unattainable labor goals to hit every week while still trying to keep the food quality high and the kitchen clean. But it's understandable to make a profit in this tough business.

    Pros

It's a job that gives money

    Cons

Extremely disfunctional, doesn't give time and a half for working on national holidays like thanksgiving, make you work on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. You pay to get your employee discount and offer no meals unlike every other restaurant I've worked at , they will yell at you for taking a break even though nothing is going on and you've done all of your work, best word to describe it is Disfunctional

    Advice to Management

If you treat your employees right they will work hard for you, if you don't they'll resent working for you and if their good they'll look elsewhere and leave which will leave you with bad employees

Good first hotel job, you learn what "not" to do as a future leader.

    Pros

Good money for a first hotel job as a college student.

    Cons

Extremely "bottom-line" oriented. You have to pay into your employee discount every month. I would not recommend as a company to have a career with. Ok if you are just looking to be a server or gain experience.
