    Pros

Great coworkers, work environment, and employee education development.

    Cons

More of a domestic minded company versus international. Pay is not competitive.

    Advice to Management

    Promote more within.

    Pros

The Training and Skills I got form my peers was pretty good. I met a lot of good people - colleagues and clients. It was good. The remarks are only relevant to the LJTSI agency

    Cons

Everything else is horrible. I am struggling to find positive things about it. Everything there is sell, sell, sell. But then the equipment would fail (almost every week) and they expect you to use your cellphone to make sales calls.

    Advice to Management

be honest, stop lying to people

    Pros

This review is requesting that I place atleast 5 words for the Pros of this company. I opted out.

    Cons

The rates for taking a load does not pay enough to break even. Very poor brokering and no room for negotiation. Put your time, money, and driver somewhere else

    Advice to Management

Please come to the realization that owner operators are in business to make a profit; same as you. The rates are a complete insult to our industry. We are hardworking people. We are not looking to gouge the company, just trying to make a living.

    Pros

Good benefits. If in right department most people stay forever.

    Cons

No movement. 3rd party carrier departments are the WORST place to end up. especially in Rockford, IL office. STAY AWAY!

    Advice to Management

Managers need to be more involved in the actual job instead of vacations and online shopping. Supervisors need to not micromanage.

    Cons

You do all the work for less than half the pay.

    Advice to Management

Ha, like it would even be heard.

    Pros

Training opportunities are worthwhile and help you keep up to date on the industry. Work-life balance is great as a normal company should be.

    Cons

The benefits seem to have gotten worse over time, there is a lot of politics and scheming in upper management that prevents progress sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Get a 3rd party to evaluate your technology department(s) and determine which one is doing things properly, then have the others follow suit.
