    Pros

I loved the open communication with management. It was helpful to know exactly what was expected of me at all times, so there was no confusion when it came to performing my job. The training department was extremely thorough and always there if I had questions after class has ended. My co-workers were like family and I enjoyed going into work everyday. Great benefits and the pay was reasonable.

    Cons

Honestly, I can't think of a single con.

    Pros

Pay is ok. Benefits are good if you are willing to pay and arm and a leg for it. Job security, they work you like a dog.

    Cons

No fair promotions, they don't see two sides of every story. They don't treat their employees fairly. The management gives the good guys a bad wrap.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When you see that you have a good employee that is willing to exceed expections, does well on her work, makes very few mistakes, dont give a 2 or quality and professionalism.

    Pros

Job stability in bad economic times. Average benefits. Little pressure

    Cons

CEO Has stayed on way past her prime and it shows in the company. Employees are truly treated like children. Recently announced that a new CEO is starting soon and will hopefully make some positive changes. Competitive Employee compensation and bonus program would go a long way in keeping staff. I have stayed longer than i expected because of family situation. If I was single I may have moved on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great start by replacing the CEO, we hope positive changes ensue.

    Pros

Decent salary, benefits, and overall organization. Used to give great benefit to locate parks but that is no more but it was nice in the beginning.

    Cons

Old fashion way of thinking what qualifies as professional women are not allowed to choose if they were dresses or skirts on Tues., Wed., and Thursday with panty hose. Oh please lets not forget the pantyhose. If you do get to wear pants and its freezing outside you must have paid $3 to wear them. Definitely treated like a kid when it comes to getting dress. Every year they ask for help with United Way but that does not mean you getting a raise to cover the 100% participation for United Way. Forced unpaid participation in challenge games.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your employee moral would be better if you treated them like adults
