    Pros

At the corporate level , they take care of their employees. Great Training systems and resources online.

    Cons

Crooked and shady sales staff and management. You must be part of the inside club to get fed deals and you get cut out of $$$. Pretty hard to swallow that when its commission only and you watch people making over triple what you are with little to no effort. Worst management doesnt help because they are in on the game too. I quit after a couple months.

I have been working at Larry H. Miller Group full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Understanding boss that works around peoples schedules and genuinely cares about his employees.

    Cons

Asked to do more with less even though the service department makes money hand over fist. The corporation doesn't give the managers enough percentage of the profits to pay employees properly or to hire as many qualified workers as is necessary. You get what you pay for and thats why there is a lot of dead weight in the department. Shifts are long and stressful and often you barely have time to eat your lunch let alone take a lunch break. A good place to work if you don't have a college degree and want to make 40-90k a year and don't mind working 55+ stressful hours a week. But as a college grad I can no longer stand to work the job, need more for myself

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Corporate management should tighten the purse strings and allow local store managers to pay employees properly, then they would attract a higher level of employee

    Pros

    Great pay, good benefits package

    Cons

My experience at the main office was that sexist behavior, profanity, cheating and lying are not just permitted but pressured upon you.I was told it was important to have drinks with the managers than earning an income. Religion is very much looked down on by management, though they'd never admit to it on record.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set basic ethical guidelines, at least
