Do not judge a book by its covers.

Senior Executive Engineer (Current Employee) Mumbai (India)

ProsYou will learn hardships of life. The only positive thing is that I have Experienced the Worst. So anything after this always will be better.

ConsHR have their own imaginary Policies. Unsupportive HR. Even My own Department was unsupportive not only to me but to all in my Cadre. No appreciation whatsoever even if i worked 12 Hrs/Day * 7 Days. Yes u heard it right.. 84 hrs/week, yet getting paid for 42 hrs/week(7hrs*6 days). My Half Day salary was cut as soon as i am late 2 mins. Very Low PLR. Lowest Salary compare to other industries of same level.
No promotions for first 4 Years Except for Management Trainees.

Advice to Senior ManagementOne advice to Top management people are that number of intakes should not be 500% more than what you require. Because you are destroying the careers of those extra youngsters just for the benefit of your company.
