“Middle of the Road”
Current Employee – been working at Larson Gross, PLLC
Pros – Local - short commute.
Personal attention from management when critically required.
Ease of access to partners.
High quality of work produced.
Good facilities.
Cons – Middle management - blocks access to general partner
Slow to change or adapt to new methods
Lack of open communication between staff levels
Difficult administrative personnel.
Advice to Senior Management – More frequent one on one feedback with staff and seniors - don't be so surprised when people leave. Their needs/wants were not addressed in a timely fashion.
