“Low salary and does not give salary increase.”
Current Employee – been working at Las Cruces Public Schools Adm as a contractor for more than 3 years
Pros – School Personnel are friendly. Community is peaceful and safe. Students are disciplined and respectful. School is supportive to all its personnel
Cons – Does not sponsor permanent residency visa. Does not give salary increase. Very high case loads and SLPs don't have assistants. Not enough benefits too for the school personnel.
