I have been working at Las Encinas Hospital (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Some employees are pleasant to work with; work is occasionally rewarding in terms of personal gratification.

    Cons

Administration focuses on cutting down on expenses to the bare bone instead of treating their patients and employees like they should. Some administrative personnel are highly unethical.

I have been working at Las Encinas Hospital

    Pros

Great people to work with among nurses, some doctors, and some therapists. Patients can very funny as some are professional the entertainment industry. But for the most part patients are cool people to hang with.

    Cons

The management of the Hospital campus have installed cameras with in nurses station monitoring employees 24/7. You feel like someone is always watching over your back. The management couldn't care less about their employees. Pay structure is lower than the industry average and if you ask for an increase in payment. then they (management) will give every excuse in the book(the economy) to not give you a pay raise. Newer employees will have a higher pay then the veterans.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You should be fired.
