Great place to start, best of biglaw (if you know what you're getting into)

    (Current Employee)

ProsHigh profile deals, exposure to sophisticated matters and clients, great perks, market rate salary, easy to work remotely. Very social and nice people as far as law firms go.

ConsYou are always on call, very long hours, unpredictable schedule. Your weekends and holidays are not yours. Your soul may be occasionally/frequently crushed. This is true at all law firms though, as far as I can tell. Also, depending on your group, training may be hard to come by.

Advice to Senior ManagementTrain your juniors, make associates feel valued.
