Pros
Small company, great exposure to many areas.
Cons
Doesn't have too much products.
Advice to Senior Management
none
Pros
I was a fresher and an intern. It was my first experience and they manager was really cool in helping me to learn and gain experience. I totally enjoyed it.
Cons
The internship was long for the job I had. I expected more work, but the work assigned was comparatively less from other companies (I guess).
Advice to Senior Management
Good leadership skills. I would love to go back and work there. It has a great leadership and management. Keep up the good work and treat the employees in the same way you were treating. It is a fun place to work.
Pros
Most of the people are good to work with
Cons
Organization changes too frequently recently
Advice to Senior Management
Need to retain good talents who are impacted by organization changes
Pros
Many dedicated people in all areas of the company continue to try and deliver results with little appreciation from management.
Cons
New management team seems focused on short term cost reduction by outsourcing of jobs to foreign locations. CEO has not delivered on promises to improve pace of new product introduction and it has actually gotten worse.
Advice to Senior Management
The new management team seems to be doing exactly what is wrong with corporate America today
in making the US unemployment situation worse. They need to focus on building the company rather than tearing it down.
Pros
ba able to work with more designs and more aspect of the flow, good place to start with, plus a recent turn up.
Cons
may not be a long-term place to finish, so so benifits, and not being appreciated and career path not very clear..
Pros
Good people to work with.
Cons
Management (middle) needs training, soon.
Advice to Senior Management
Get the 360s going!
Pros
1. Friendly, and relaxing;
2. Stable, and good benefit
Cons
1. No career fast track
2.
Pros
Wide ranging set of designs to work on
Cons
Short turn-over in upper management creates utter chaos throughout the company
Pros
generally nice people around the office and HR ladies are super friendly;
supervisor has great personalities;
pay was decent too
Cons
I worked in marketing and selling semiconductors is probably not my strongest interest. People in marketing are less aggressive and competitive
Advice to Senior Management
taking a more aggressive approach could probably yield a better performance in the end of the fiscal year since its competitor is far ahead.
Pros
There use to be a cafeteria & gym and now there are no amenities. There are no positive reasons to work for this company
Cons
Low pay
long hours
little vacation time
the culture
the executives are overpaid while the average employees are low balled
Advice to Senior Management
in order to truly be competitive you need to have competitive pay & benefits
