“Great Support Staff”
Former Employee – worked at Laurel School District full-time for more than a year
Pros – Employees and community were supportive and helpful.
Cons – Board members micromanaged and followed the rules only when it suited them.
Advice to Senior Management – Be strong and do what you think is best not what a board member with no educational experience is telling you. They are there as a check/balance and to add/revise/delete policies - NOT the day-to-day business of the district!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
