“Great company to work for!”
Former Employee – worked at Lauren Engineers full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – I truly enjoyed my job at Lauren's corporate office; respected my supervisor and coworkers.
Cons – I was at the company when downsizing occurred and some of the decisions were difficult. The company did; however, make every effort to keep employees informed of the situation and to act ethically.
Advice to Senior Management – Lauren is a great example of leadership coming from the top. Great ethics and a Christian attitude! Keep up the good work.
