Truly flexible environment, good people, and fun culture. Work hard play hard is the norm. New leadership working to make a place that people can thrive.

    Cons

Growing quickly, needs investment in infrastructure . How do you maintain culture while growing in different locations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's time to invest in systems. Glad to see you invested in people first.

    Pros

Corporate is on the right track building a culture which will someday support their growth. They have excellent consultants.

    Cons

Managers don't get along - no teamwork. Too many growing pains - they aren't managing their integrations very well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire leaders who know how to manage people - not just processes. Deal with your problem managers before the environment is toxic.

    Pros

The company attracts terrific people who care about one another and their clients. The industry is challenging but this company makes the challenge enjoyable. Their goal of being an employee first culture is always on the forefront. While not perfect in the achievement of the goal, they are darn close.

    Cons

Lots of change but that's what the market demands.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay focused on the existing goals and stay true to the culture.

I worked at Laurus Strategies full-time

    Pros

Good benefits, good company strategies and concepts

    Cons

Management however leaves much to be desired. The managment staff does not know how to treat its subordinates. They pick and choose who the rules apply to.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Either make the rules fit everyone or no one, but don't play favorites to suit your own needs, because you are intimidated by someone.

    Pros

Out of the box thinking is encouraged, everyone works hard on my team, lots of young professionals

    Cons

Health benefits are not very good, no 401K match, the staff and management is somewhat young which can be a negative as well. Would like to have a voice with regards to the benefit offerings.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ask for feedback and listen to the complaints of employees regarding the health benefits.
