Current Employee – been working at Lausanne Collegiate School full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Opportunity to meet people from all over the world. Also process oriented school rather than product oriented. Lots of project based learning. Great people to work with!
Cons – Pay could be better. It should be at least public school pay based on tuition costs and work requirements.
