Pros

A fast paced work environment, that is highly organized with a great reputation. A nice variety of work across business sectors that include office, retail, healthcare, and industrial projects.

Cons

The inability of staff and management to make correct decisions quickly and efficiently. Senior management is extremely controlling, resulting in personnel that simply does their job "by the book", rather than thinking through the problem and working toward a solution. Also, they tout the fact that the work pace is fast, however it is not evident on a daily basis. It is simply fast paced because of poor planning and execution.

Advice to Senior Management

enpower the staff to make decisions and take ownership in those decisions; rethink business plan to expand abilities away from speculative construction and into long-term growth and ownership. Throw out outdated policies toward the staff and allow them to grow into their positions.
