Current Employee – been working at Law Dawgs
Pros – Friendly hiring manager
Weekly paycheck delivered to site
No timesheets
Cons – Uncertain nature of assignment length
No benefits
Pay is a little substandard compared to other document review opportunities in the area
Advice to Senior Management – Please do not oversell the length of time the assignments may last, and be up-front with employees about previous assignment shut-downs if you know of them.

Former Employee – worked at Law Dawgs full-time for less than a year
Pros – There are no "pros" to the company! If I could have rated them with zero stars, I would have!
Cons – No benefits
Bad business practices
Unethical
Unprofessional
Poor management
Advice to Senior Management – Offer your employees some sort of benefits. Get an HR department so employees are not subjected to your recruiter's and general counsel's terrible management and lack of knowledge in the area of employment practice. Learn some professionalism!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at Law Dawgs as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – NONE!!! There is NOTHING good about this company, period!!
Cons – If I could have given a NEGATIVE rating, I would!!! Unprofessional! BAD customer service to the client! HORRID employment practices! Don't dare to stand up for yourself, you will be retaliated against in ways you would NEVER think anyone who spent more than 5 minutes in a law class would partake in! The self-proclaimed "General Counsel" (which in itself is a joke) and the director will bully you and punish you until you pander to them! They do not even visit the sites they are sending candidates to! They do not even know the structure of their own company -- they can't keep who is in one position straight... one minute one person is the director, the next it is someone else, then its back to being the first person. They are a STAFFING firm that doesn't even know EMPLOYMENT law... they have to consult admin agencies to find out how to properly act as employers... that in itself tells you what a joke this place is. RUN THE OTHER WAY! There are TONS of legal staffing agencies in Seattle. Save yourself A LOT of hardship, distress, and upset.....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Advice to Senior Management – Get an HR department and a competent attorney to oversee employment related matters. As it stands, you are practically begging for a lawsuit!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
