    ProsGreat, fun hardworking people. Hardworking and fun. Leadership is taking positive actions to better the business and build for the future. Solid reputation in the marketplace. Sales are up. 401(k) is great.

    ConsPace can be fast and priorities many. A few people (not the executives) still reluctant to changing with the times.

    ProsGreat place to work. Friendly staff, not a political environment. The location is great if you live in the city or suburbs. The management at the company is relatively flat so there can be a lot of exposure to senior executives.

    ConsThe company has been going through some rough times but everything seems to be on the up trend now.

    Company experiencing change, but for the better

    ProsManagement at the Cleveland Call Center has drastically improved
    No cold calling, unless you uncover a prospect that you want to call
    Co-workers are knowledgeable of the products
    Casual work environment
    Opportunity to earn high commissions
    Work in tandem with outside sales team

    ConsCompany wants 50 calls per day to accounts
    Challenges with implementation of SAP system
    Inventory management was an issue that was improving
    Sales goals were often increased 20% from prior year, making it difficult to hit numbers
    Only receive commission if you hit a certain percentage of your goal

    Advice to Senior ManagementManagement in Cleveland was getting better. Very fair and professional call center manager. Advice to upper management would be to drive inside sales and outside sales partnering.

    Good Experience chance to earn great money if in right area

    ProsGood commision structure, great product selection, good pricing, i enjoyed working and having the freedom of being on my own

    ConsHard to earn money if in wrong territory, there is no protected territories and i had five people workin in my area

    Advice to Senior ManagementProtect territories and evenly distribute customers i had 30 and other guys had 60-70 customers made it hard to make money

    Product quality started to slip with more made in China product

    ConsSlow Market at times, but we have something for everyone.
