    Okay at first until an overworked and unstable EO made every day miserable.

    ProsPaid every two weeks. Education, communication from corporate ongoing.

    ConsProfit is first and foremost. Employees overworked and stressed out. Fearful of job loss made work environment cold and uncomfortable. Branch Manager worked with the door closed most of the time. Lack of leadership within the branch that I worked at.

    Advice to Senior ManagementAddress issues with the employees that feel overwhelmed. Large workload should not fall on only one employees shoulders. Teach delegation.
