Advice to Senior Management – Keeping employees in temporary/contract status for more than a year is not standard practice in large companies.

Pros – Paid every two weeks. Education, communication from corporate ongoing.
Cons – Profit is first and foremost. Employees overworked and stressed out. Fearful of job loss made work environment cold and uncomfortable. Branch Manager worked with the door closed most of the time. Lack of leadership within the branch that I worked at.
Advice to Senior Management – Address issues with the employees that feel overwhelmed. Large workload should not fall on only one employees shoulders. Teach delegation.
