    Great working conditions,good training, excellent ability to advance, very fair salary, very good benefits, management and company structure is very well organized.

    Cons

    Company values lack: loyalty; concern for long term advancement; individual job accomplishments; encouragement to interact with other employees, and national guidance.

    Encourage a consistent management style from manager to manager in order to encourage company goals and philosophies.

    Pros

    Paid every two weeks. Education, communication from corporate ongoing.

    Cons

    Profit is first and foremost. Employees overworked and stressed out. Fearful of job loss made work environment cold and uncomfortable. Branch Manager worked with the door closed most of the time. Lack of leadership within the branch that I worked at.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Address issues with the employees that feel overwhelmed. Large workload should not fall on only one employees shoulders. Teach delegation.
