I have been working at Layton Construction

    Pros

Dynamic industry, never dull moment. Layton is a leader in the industry for bigger projects which in turn builds a good personal resume.

    Cons

A little on the low side of pay and the whole profit sharing aspect is not transparent nor would I say it is balanced (Rewards and benifits are unclear hence people are unclear if they will get rewarded for their efforts)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are a lot of senior manager that don't pull their weight and need to have way more accountability through daily monitoring not just weekly staff meetings.

    No opinion of CEO
