I have been working at Le Boulanger full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The work life balance and the environment are both pretty amazing! I feel like I am truly part of something and accomplishments are acknowledged.

    Cons

The free daily meal is going directly to the hips :)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you are doing!!!

    I worked at Le Boulanger

    Pros

Fairly flexible for weekend shift changes
The pay wasn't great but wasn't horrible either
Tried their best to keep everything clean

    Cons

No advancement available at the time I was there
employees were not valued and were dispensable

  3. Dead end job

I worked at Le Boulanger full-time

    Pros

"Easy" work, the problems and daily tasks you do are very repetitive and can be learned quickly
    Co-workers usually friendly
Work-life balance: Early closing hours vs. other places in the food service industry

    Cons

No job growth for internal candidates
    Management disorganized and frequently changes
    High turnover of staff
    No tips for service staff
Like all customer service jobs you deal with irate customers who can be angry with you for something you have no control over. Le Boulanger caters to the middle/upper middle class clientele so they can be more demanding than people who go to a fast food place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward loyal workers with promotions. Employees resent it when you hire from outside the company for management.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
