I worked at Leap29 full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Decent base salary
Look to hire young people and teach them the trade
    Located in a nice area

    Cons

Training structure (a cycle of 1 week in and 2 weeks out) is not great, means that trainees who started at the same time are at different points because team managers/mentors don't stick to the structure and teach different things.
Very arrogant consultants (as with most recruitment firms)
    Too focused on KPIs
Dumped on a mentor from day one, very little face-time/interaction with any actual management staff

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Re-structure the training
Offer better support once initial training has ended
Don't dump new starters on a cold market and expect miracles

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
