    Pros

Casual environment with fun coworkers doing cool stuff. Reorganized team that is highly productive and motivated.

    Cons

Had to deal with unsupportive ex CEO and former staff under his direction.

    Advice to Management

Be careful on hiring new executives

    Pros

It has a casual environment, no dress code, a well furnished office, and a fair amount of vacation time. The foosball table and gym are nice, too.

    Cons

The small staff is totally uncoordinated. Requests come from every direction. Projects have no meaningful timeline and very little planning at all. People get fired frequently on the whims of the owner.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect. Plan projects so that everyone knows what's happening and can work as a team instead of against each other. Pay people what they're worth. Stop making the same bad decisions over and over again.
