Pros
Opportunity to work with the latest technologies serving the fast paced fashion industry. Also, the atmosphere is very professional and courteous.
Cons
Home office does not accept realities of some regional markets and chooses to ignore some of the local challenges. Also has become adminstratively heavy
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to the local markets more carefully and make sure the subsidiaries know they are appreciated and respected for their knowledge and insights.
