    I worked at LeewayHertz full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Excellent learning on cross platform technology
    - Great projects and client base. Fortune 500 companies to work with.
    - Exposure to US opportunities
    -I was hired straight from my college and currently I am earning more than my classmates.

    Cons

    - No Free food
    - Extended working hours
    - Only few events in a calendar year

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Mgmt should do more events every month to balance lifestyle. However, I am very happy to start my carrier with LeewayHertz and I will highly recommend it for hard working freshers only.

    - One can learn to perform under severe pressure and work like a robot
    - Good for freshers from learning point of view
    - near huda city centre

    - high level of unprofessionalism
    - highly exploited employees
    - a family run business
    - no work life balance
    - underpaid employees
    - No soft skills training given to employees

    Pros

    - best workplace to be in, fantastic north american open culture
    - next to metro station, easily accessible.
    - free and liberal ambience
    - very friendly and helpful team members
    - If you know something unique and trending in terms of technology, you can get really competitive package!

    Cons

    - I believe Leewayhertz should dissect the work on cross platforms amongst the employees
    - needs expansion in team size with accordance to the projects they posses

    management should provide one time (at least) free food

    Open Environment of communication
    Passionate young individuals to work with
    Outstanding Knowledge
    Great Policies
    A place to learn everything about Mobile apps
    A best place to have growth in your career since they offer good positions

    Cons

    Seniors have less time to interact however they is available for occasional discussions
    Office in West Delhi
    No cab facility

    They should be available more often for solving everyday issues
    Performance evaluation should be done every month.
    More training sessions should be held.

    If you want to learn development, this is the company to join, as they take everything out of you and make you perfect

    Cons

    Saturday working, you need to work extra time without food, if you missed your conveyance to home they are not worried for it, and many more. Can't count them here

    Management need to understand the basic needs of employees, offer more appreciation, stop being partial towards some of the close ones and treat everyone equally.

    need more events every month
    please provide personal iPhone to all employees specially the development team
