Pros – Was able to find work for me when I needed employment at that time.
Cons – Assignment ended due to position ending in another person taking position, at a lower salary rate.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep people informed daily on possible upcoming assignments.
Pros – Every now and then when one or the other is not having personal problems you may get called for a job.
Cons – This is supposed to be an agency founded by women for women, sadly they are only interested in how much you bring in and not what you are worth.
Advice to Senior Management – Upper management appears to run on emotion and not business etiquette or knowledge.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – It works if you have another source of income, or if you truly plan to work only briefly between permanent jobs.
Cons – Pays only $20 per hour, with NO opportunity to make more, and no hopes of the rate being raised, not to mention that there are NO benefits whatsoever. Not a good primary source of income. (Of course, we have NO idea how much the agency actually charges the client per hour.)
Advice to Senior Management – Be more proactive about temp-to-perm opportunities; be more open about what candidate needs to do to become permanent.
