I have been working at Legal Placements, Inc.
Pros – It works if you have another source of income, or if you truly plan to work only briefly between permanent jobs.
Cons – Pays only $20 per hour, with NO opportunity to make more, and no hopes of the rate being raised, not to mention that there are NO benefits whatsoever. Not a good primary source of income. (Of course, we have NO idea how much the agency actually charges the client per hour.)
Advice to Senior Management – Be more proactive about temp-to-perm opportunities; be more open about what candidate needs to do to become permanent.
