    Pros

Management was nice as long as you showed up and did your job.

    Cons

Two years service operating a portable stand with no help. Rec'd employee of the month the first year and the second year rec'd a year end award for perfect attendance. The third year bypassed for a supervisor position. No interview but hired a young employee with no food service experience as supervisor or food safety training.

    Advice to Management

Interview by asking the same questions. Hire the one that is best suited for the job. Age should never be a factor picking the candidate.

    Pros

The games are great!! You get to meet and work with some really good people and meet fans from around the world. Many people who work here are attending school or have another job. The HR lady is truly a good person and knows what she's doing.

    Cons

Store management seemed to have a very different management style. They demean employees by clapping in their faces, tell them in front of other employees and customers they don't know how to do their jobs, and inconsistent rule application.

    Advice to Management

Don't micromanage or demean and degrade employees.

    Pros

Honestly, there is absolutely nothing positive about this work enviornment.

    Cons

Disorderly, minimum wage pay, hefty Union dues (which by the way is useless), management is incompetent. Strong favoritism, they expect you to behave professionally but don't do so themselves. Management treats employees so poorly they constantly need to hire temporary workers because employees so often quit.oh they will also leave you outside in all type of weather only to "let" you know if they even need you.

    Advice to Management

My most constructive advice to management is to treat employees with respect, there's no reason why we should see employees in the bathroom crying from being overworked and underpaid. As far as I can see, your customer service rating is dropping rapidly and with good reason

  7. This is a decent first job for teenagers, expect minimum-wage environment and having to adapt under pressure.

    Pros

You get a little bit of free food on break but there are basically no benefits, you show up and work and then leave.

    Cons

High stress, managers give you a hard time and you're very likely to get cut early into the night and not make a lot of money.

    Advice to Management

My advice to the upper management would be to discuss nightly policies with the managers and make a more regularized regimen of hours and cutting people because its honestly quite disappointing to show up and then get cut after an hour and a half.

    Pros

Great pay, bonus, and team store discount

    Cons

It can be hard to move up within the company.

    Advice to Management

The company should always consider current employees rather than hire people from outside of the company.
